Certified Business Professional

The CBP program accredits only business professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to excellence and expertise by both attending the necessary certification training and passing the relevant CBP exam(s). The CBP credential allows employers and organizations to identify you as one of the leaders in your area of business.
In order to attain the CBP Professional credential, candidates must attend one of the five CBP Professional modules and pass the associated exam, which consist of the following:

  1. Leadership
  2. Customer Service
  3. Sales
  4. Business Etiquette and Professionalism
  5. Business Communication
In order to attain the CBP Executive credential, candidates must attend all the five CBP Professional modules and pass all associated exams, which consist of the following:

  1. Project Management
  2. Tourism and Hospitality
  3. Marketing
  4. Business Management
  5. Computer Technology
  6. Human Resources
To achieve the CBP Master Executive designation candidates must complete the CBP Professional exams and sit one of the following CBP elective certifications.

  1. Leading Through Change
  2. Motivating Employees To Be Their Best
  3. Conflict Management
  4. Dynamic Decision Making
  5. Secrets of Management Success Series
  6. Training of Trainers – TOT Certification
This course requires that students meet the following prerequisites:

1. The candidate must be between the ages of fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) and be in high school or secondary school or have similar educational standards.
