You will get an in-depth insight into Personal Branding, with its process and methodology in detail. This gives you an insight into what impact you can achieve with a once created Personal Brand, e.g. how Personal Branding supports Leadership, HR Development, Corporate Culture, Corporate Governance, Authenticity and Transparency, Internationality, Attractiveness towards Investors etc…). You will understand how you can use Personal Branding on a sustainable, long-lasting, and effective level.

OUTCOMES
You get a detailed support on how to achieve the individual objectives. With a profound insight into Personal Branding, you will be eligible to drive the know-how into a personal reviewed roadmap. Tibor Borbély
CEO
Nationality: German
Tibor is founding member and the CEO of Existenzdesigner the international consulting company for HR solutions. He has 23 years of experience in branding and international management consulting, he is an innovative problem solver and a big picture strategist skilled in international negotiations.
In his experience within an international environment he developed a great amount of experience in interpersonal communications with finesse and intercultural sensitivity. He is a lecturer in Personal Branding at the University of Seeburg in Austria, and has corresponding experiences in branding of companies (Employer Branding), products (Product Branding) and people (Personal Branding). He consulted celebrities and top management in terms of developing and executing Personal Branding across various industries.


Hansjörg Dürner
COO
Nationality: German
Hansjörg is founding member and COO of Existenzdesigner, the international consulting company for HR solutions.
His main focus is national and international HR solutions in the industries of architectural and civil engineering, automotive, machine and tool construction as well as aviation and aerospace.
He has many years of broad-based industry and consulting experience in the areas of executive search, the development and restructuring of companies as well as controlling of international projects (Africa, Europe, North America). He has 17 years experience in HR management at Daimler AG where he conducted training and coaching for management and blue collar workers. He was also in the top-management at MTU Aero Engines AG, where he was responsible for HR development and training for over 8,000 employees. He has a vast experience as an entrepreneur and was a founding member of Micro Compact Car GmbH (smart), among others.
